The self-cleaning first stage (stainless mesh, polyester mesh, or pleated fabric, your choice) saves you the cost of replacing sediment cartridges often. The second and third stages can be set up for whatever your water needs, extra sediment polish, carbon for taste and odor, or scale treatment. Simple manual flush: open the drain valve and dirty water flushes out in seconds. Fits 1/2, ¾ or 1 inch pipe connections.
